We appreciate the support of dedicated individuals, including Anne and Sam Burns of Gonzaga High School, who created a student-run breast cancer group, "Eagles for a Cure." Their successful "Pink Out" raised awareness and funds for Capital Breast Care Center for several years.

In addition, we are appreciate the work of Nick Cannon, who Tweeted from our 'Gift of Life' breakfast on October 7, 2009. Nick Barron is a social media professional focusing on ways organizations can leverage new technology. He is the publisher of Societrends.com and a consultant for Green Buzz Agency.
